1-Year Warranty

Ondigo Product: Bluetooth Speakers, Headsets, Earbuds, Charging cables, and other Audio Accessories.

Ondigo's warranty is non-transferable and covers only the original end-user purchaser during the respective Warranty Period. This warranty does not apply to: 1) any normal wear and tear; 2) misuse, negligence, accident, abuse or other abnormal use; 3) damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance; 4) Ondigo products that have been modified or altered; 5) any product that is not manufactured by Ondigo; or 6) any product that is not purchased from an Ondigo authorized retailer.


Your sole and exclusive remedy for a breach of this limited warranty, and Ondigo's sole and entire liability is, at Ondigo's option, to repair or replace the defective Product within the Warranty period. Repair or replacement shall be made at Ondigo's expense. Ondigo reserves the right to send you a replacement Product that is the same or a substitute equivalent that may not be of like kind (depending on availability). Replacement Products will be furnished only on an exchange basis. Replacement Products are warranted (as specified above) for the remainder of the original applicable Product Warranty Period. Ondigo reserves the right to charge a shipping and handling fee in connection with the fulfillment of any valid claim.
